Orders will be sent asap if they are items already made up or don’t require additional embroidery.
You should expect to receive your order within 2-3 weeks or 3-5 working days if the item is ready to send
Items that are made to order (this will be stated in the description of the item whether it’s a item ready to send or made to order) take up to 2-3 weeks to be made and sent
items That do not state personalisation is included in the product description will NOT have a name or intial added if requested.
names that aren’t English will come as how they would be written in English. I cannot offer additional acute accents.
Items that DO have the option to be personalised will say in the description that you can leave a name in the order notes and I shall add it.
I do not except refunds on custom orders. This means anything made to order or items with a name added.
You may return items that are ready to send/Spanish or DOES NOT have an added name.
Returns MUST be sent UNWASHED In original packaging. - if I am sent back items that have been washed or marked a refund will not be provided due to the item being unable to resell.
PLEASE NOTE my items are either hand made or embroidery by myself. I will always promise you will receive a beautiful hand made item. But no item will ever be identical. No two bib or collars with printed fabric will be the same placement.

You will be able to search your country’s rules and regulations of custom charges.
custom charges are nothing to do with me and my shop. I will not take any liability for additional charges from customs.

CARE -
Bib- bibs are not intended for use to food. Bibs are used as props for photos. They look super cute on a toy bear! - although you can use the bibs as a barrier to prevent dribble going onto your baby’s sleepsuit. Bibs must be hand washed only.
Babygrow- baby grows are to be washed by hand or you can pop them on a cold and delicate wash. Please do not tumble dry / this will ruin the embroidery.
Headbands- to be warm under supervision. Do not let your baby sleep wearing a headband.
Blankets - cold wash/ very delicate wash. Air dried only. please do not tumble dry you will ruin the embroidery.
SIZING - babygrows are made from m&s blanks. Any sizes go by the m&s size chart for babygrows. Feel free to reach out for the size chart.
